The process of announcing last minute racing updates is (i) the monitoring of the wind speed (Wind Alert – Robbins Reef) and weather conditions (radar) (ii) making the call – (the responsibility of the Principal Race Officer of the evening) and  (iii) announcing the call by 6:00 pm or earlier via – social media such as – twitter, eztext, email, FB post and website.
