HOW DO I GET TO THE RACE STADIUM?
The SailGP Race Stadium is located on Governors Island, overlooking the New York skyline and the Statue of Liberty!
Governors Island is accessible exclusively by ferry only. Departing from the Battery Maritime Building at 10 South Street, ferries to Governors Island leave every 30 minutes, see updated schedule and more information here.
The cost for a round trip ferry journey is included in your SailGP ticket, but please note that all passengers MUST book their ferry ticket in advance, using the instructions below:
• Book your Governors Island ferry ticket here. Ensure you are clicking on the Governors Island operated ferry via the green bar which says “Purchase Tickets”.
• Select which location you will be departing from: Manhattan, Red Hook/Atlantic Basin or Pier 6.
• Select ticket type and quantity.
• Choose date and time of departure.
• When making your purchase, enter the promo code NYSAILGP24 to apply your full complimentary ticket discount.
• Continue checkout process as normal.
