Going forward all Melges 24 skippers need to sign out the portable navigation lights from the dock master. Navigation lights have to be on board at all times ( daytime and evening). Bow lights are attached to the yellow lanyard on the bow plate. Missing lights will be charged to the skippers account ($75 each+tax +shipping ). This is the only way we can keep cost in line.
